Our lightest and snappiest clinchers, the RFSC 38s are built for rapid accelerations and sustained climbing. They combine the stiffness of carbon with a restrained depth to keep weight low and utility high. In crits, they're stiff and sure-footed in the corners, they spin up in no time flat, and hold their speed capably. In road races, they're light and nimble, pounce up hills, but don't get knocked around in cross winds. 

The RFSC 38s do not ship with "cold, dead fingers" though that is a phrase we commonly hear our customers use when describing their fondness for the wheels. 

New for 2013, the RFSC 38s are built with a 23mm wide rim (16mm inside width) and high Tg resins that resist heat-related rim damage up to 350 degrees. The 38s also ship with the superb SwissStop Black Prince carbon-specific brake pads standard, resulting in a wheelset with excellent braking feel and heat management. 

Like all November wheelsets, the RFSC 38s are made with rims, hubs and spokes that have passed strict EN testing, and are hand-built to draconian trueness, roundness and tension standards right here in the U.S.
