Carbon Fiber Wheelset Crash and Damage Replacement

Some wheel companies offer a "Crash Protection" plan, which is a sort of insurance policy - pay upfront in the event that one of your carbon wheels doesn't survive a particularly hard day in the saddle. We don't believe in trying to make a little money off a lot of people so that a relative few enjoy a financial benefit. Equal savings for all, we say.

Instead, we have a Crash and Damage Replacement policy for our carbon fiber wheels. If you dent, crack, taco, crunch or otherwise destroy a November carbon fiber wheel - either in a crash, through misuse, by running them over in your car, whatever - send it to us and we'll rebuild it with a new rim and spokes around your existing hub. $250 for a carbon tubular wheel (front or rear), $300 for a carbon clincher wheel, plus shipping. Expect it to take a couple of weeks, subject to availability, and replacing CX Rays costs $50 more.
